This Listing Policy governs all business listings submitted on GasAgencies.com.
1. Eligibility
Listings are permitted only for LPG or Gas agencies, Gas distributors, and approved related service providers. Fake, misleading, unauthorized, or duplicate listings are strictly prohibited.
2. Listing Accuracy
By submitting a listing, you confirm that all information provided is true, accurate, and up to date, that you are authorized to represent the business, and that contact details are valid and reachable. Submission of false or misleading information may result in removal or suspension of the listing or account.
3. Free and Paid Listings
Free Listing: Provides basic visibility with limited features and remains active unless removed due to policy violation.
Paid Listing (₹590 / 1 year): Valid for one year from activation date and includes additional features as described on the website. After expiry, the listing automatically converts to a free listing. No listing data will be deleted due to non-renewal. All payments are non-refundable.
4. Paid Listing Validity
Paid listing is valid for one year from the date of activation. After one year, if not renewed, the listing will automatically convert to a Free Listing. No listing data will be deleted due to non-renewal; however, paid features or premium benefits, if any, may be removed.
5. Prohibited Content
Listings must not contain fake or duplicate entries, misleading or false information, spam or promotional abuse, illegal, offensive, or harmful material, or impersonation of another business or entity.
6. Verification
Certain listings may require manual review or verification. We may request proof of business ownership and may edit minor formatting or data errors for consistency.
7. Ranking and Visibility
Listings on GasAgencies.com are displayed in an automated and structured manner based on platform design, data availability, and system factors. We do not offer or guarantee ranking priority, visibility levels, traffic, enquiries, customer leads, or business outcomes for any listing, whether free or paid.
8. Removal or Suspension
Listings may be removed or suspended without prior notice if a policy violation is detected, false information is submitted, complaints are received, misuse occurs, or a legal request is issued.
9. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify listing features, pricing, policies, or rules at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of such changes.
