1. About the Platform
GasAgencies.com is an online directory platform that allows gas agencies and related service providers to publish business listings for informational purposes. We do not operate gas services or supply LPG.
2. Eligibility
You confirm that you are at least 18 years old, provide accurate information, and will not use this platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes.
3. User Accounts
Users are responsible for maintaining login confidentiality and all activities under their account. We may suspend or terminate accounts providing false or misleading information.
4. Listing Rules
All submitted information must be accurate and genuine. Fake, duplicate, misleading, illegal, or spam content is not allowed. We may edit, approve, reject, or remove listings at any time without notice.
5. Free and Paid Listings
Free Listing: Basic listing with limited features and remains active unless removed due to policy violation.
Paid Listing (₹590 / 1 year): Valid for 1 year from activation. After expiry, listing automatically converts to Free Listing. Data will not be deleted due to non-renewal (only premium features removed).
6. Payments and Billing
Paid listing fee is ₹590 for 1 year. All payments are non-refundable under any circumstances including partial use, non-renewal, or business closure. Refunds may be considered only if required by law or in rare technical cases such as duplicate payment or payment deducted but listing not activated.
7. Renewal Policy
Renewal is optional. Failure to renew converts listing to free version automatically. Pricing and features may change in future.
8. Platform Role
GasAgencies.com only provides directory listing services. We do not guarantee business results, enquiries, traffic, or outcomes. Any interaction between users and listed agencies is their responsibility.
9. Prohibited Activities
Users must not submit false information, misuse the platform, attempt hacking, or copy website data without permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
GasAgencies.com shall not be liable for business loss, disputes, service delays, data loss, technical errors, or indirect damages. Use this platform at your own risk.
11. Termination / Suspension
We may suspend accounts, remove listings, or restrict access without notice if policies are violated or false information is detected.
12. Privacy
Use of this website is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use means acceptance of updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Proddatur, Andhra Pradesh.
